100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you can cancel anytime. We just ask that you give us 30 days notice to ensure a smooth transition. Communication Guarantee- Our team will respond to you within 24 business hours.
Eviction Commitment
If we must evict a resident for non-payment of rent that we placed into your home, we will cover the cost of filing the eviction and waive all management fees until rent is collected. We will also cover the 1st $500 on a trash removal if one is needed.
If we do not recover rent, then no management fees are due.
If eviction becomes necessary, we handle it for you and quickly re-rent the property. Our thorough screening—credit, background, income, employment, and rental history—minimizes the risk, though evictions can still happen. **conditions apply *Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to evictions involving (a) active-duty military personnel protected under the Service members Civil Relief Act, or (b) tenants who provide verifiable documentation of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking as defined by applicable law.
