We offer a wide range of experience related to maintenance and our service mission is to provide reliable, cost-effective maintenance to protect your investment, support your tenants, and deliver a boutique personalized experience with each work order.
We manage repairs and maintenance through trusted vendors, a preventative strategy, and 24/7 emergency support—protecting your property and investment.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR MAINTENANCE or MARK UP YOUR BILL!!
Instead we charge a small $15 coordination fee on all small repairs to cover the time it takes to oversee the coordination from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, proper vendor insurance and true compliance.
For our larger repairs/turns/insurance claims/ and rehabs we charge an oversight fee of 5-10%.
