Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless local laws mandate it. We recommend reviewing local regulations or asking our team for guidance specific to your market. -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We provide an emergency contact number for urgent matters outside of business hours. General inquiries are addressed during regular office times. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer direct deposit via ACH for all owner disbursements, ensuring a smooth and timely payment process. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, owners are welcome to review the lease before it is signed. However, we handle the lease execution on your behalf unless you request otherwise. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, in addition to property management, we also offer full-service real estate sales support. If you're looking to buy or sell, our team can help guide you through the process. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are typically sent on a regular monthly schedule, after rent is collected and any expenses are processed. We recommend direct deposit for the fastest delivery. We close our books on the 23rd of each month, financial reports and your ACH are sent the same day (weekends and holidays move to the next business day) -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer several rent payment methods, including online portals and traditional options. Late payments are managed in accordance with lease terms, including notices and fees. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Standard lease terms are typically 12 months, though we can adjust based on your preferences and market demand and time of year you'd prefer that lease to end. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Deposit amounts align with legal and market standards, typically one month's rent. Final amounts may vary based on tenant qualifications.
