Owner Portal Instructions

Resources & Tools

All financial records are accessible 24/7 through your online Owner Portal. From income and expenses to vendor bills and rent payments, your documents are available with just a few clicks.

What you can track through the Owner Portal:

  • Rent collection and processing
  • Payments made on maintenance and vendor bills, work orders entered.
  • Vendor communication with explanations and clear invoice charges.
  • Reserves on your property
  • Monthly owner statements sent out each month along with your ACH owner draw for the month.
  • Previous months financials for your own record keeping.
  • Direct deposits via ACH to your bank account typically on the 23rd of each month.

End-of-Year Reporting Includes:

  • Annual summary owner statement
  • IRS Form 1099 for tax filing
